Yoga for Kids, Tweens & Teens
What We Do
At Blooming Breath Yoga we offer introductory yoga and mindfulness to children, tweens and teens through traditional yoga poses, popular music, games, arts & crafts and human connection. Our world today is often overwhelming and anxiety-inducing for children and teens with very little focus on how to reduce the effects of over exposure to electronics and over scheduling of activities. We may not be able to slow the world down, but we can certainly slow our minds and reconnect ourselves! Currently, we offer before/after school programs, day camps, summer camps, specialty workshops and pop-up events. Individual classes coming soon! Our mission is to share this ancient practice with a kid-friendly spin for children and teens ages 5 -17 and to bloom our children into more mindful and confident humans!
